Calls QA scored for your team. The rep sees this same card on their Coaching tab.
Your Call Evaluations
Calls you scored yourself. Pull the recording up by its Call ID, answer the same twelve lines QA uses, and write what you want coached — the rep reads it on their Coaching tab and marks it understood. These are not QA audits: they never touch your team's error rate, and nobody is paid for them.
Coaching
Weekly 1:1s and ad-hoc coaching — what you talked about, what they committed to, and whether it moved
Your 1:1s with Training
Anything you have not read opens automatically — mark it read so Training knows it landed.
What you're working on
Your own commitments from those 1:1s. They come back up at the next one.
Your team
Sorted by who has waited longest. A weekly 1:1 is the expectation, so anything past a week shows amber and past two weeks shows red.

Every commitment still running, by rep. These come back at the top of the next session automatically — close one here only when it is overtaken by events.

Pricing

Measure a propertyowner preview
Type the service address — suggestions appear as you type (OpenStreetMap contributors; Google Maps when a key is set). BtrRep finds the lot from the county's parcel lines, reads aerial imagery and measures the lawn — wooded areas, roof, driveway, patio and pool are left out, and trees are counted separately. The red line is the lot. "Photo" shows the plain picture; click the picture to see it large. "Use" puts the result in the square footage above; "Re-measure" ignores the saved result for that address. "Adjust" opens the lot image to add or cut areas and move the lot line — the figure recounts from the same image and the adjustment is saved with the address. "Download" saves the picture with the figures written under it, for the account record. The street-level photo is Google Street View aimed at the lot. The chips below show which programs this ZIP buys for the selected brand, from the Real Green sales history; × is how much more often than the brand average.
Priced per application — the annual contract is on the line under each price, and that is what the + logs. Codes come straight from the pest sheet; hover a row for what it covers.
the house, not the lawn
Tree & Shrub
One chart per region, not per brand. South and Florida price off linear feet of treatable plants; Texas and the Midwest price off property size from a photo.

Irrigation
Priced by the number of zones — 6 zone minimum, then +$25 for every additional 3 zones. Pick a plan to see what it includes.

Ice Melt
Flat prices — not by lawn size, the same at every brand that sells it. Pick the code that matches what the customer is buying.

QA Error Tags

This is the list QA picks from when flagging an error. Call & Recap leads on coach-only audits, Admin & Setup leads on QA-Fixed and Action-needed — both are always reachable in either lane.
The slug is what gets stored on every audit and can never be changed; rename the label instead and the history follows. Retiring a tag removes it from the picker but leaves it readable on the audits that already carry it.

What it’s made of
Who's charged—
Switch someone off and they drop off the next invoice — an issued one never changes. Prices are per person per month, before the standing discount. The owner and shared logins are never charged.
Add-ons—
One-time items bill on the month picked above and nowhere else. Monthly items repeat from their start month until an end month (leave it blank to keep billing). Add-ons are billed exactly as typed — the standing discount never touches them. Tick Waive to give one away: it still prints at full value with the waiver under it.

Measure accuracy—
Applied lookups from the last 30 or 90 days: how many were adjusted by a rep before quoting, the size of the correction (median and 75th percentile of the absolute change, and the signed mean — negative means the engine measured high), by state, imagery year, season of the imagery, parcel confidence, lot size and scope, plus the reasons reps gave when they cut areas. Download saves the row-level CSV; the same numbers come from scripts/measure_accuracy_report.mjs nightly.

Access is set by rule, not person by person. A rule names an audience — the whole
company, one persona, or one manager's team — and the most specific rule wins:

every rule, and is meant for genuine exceptions.
Changes take effect on that user's next sign-in.

Quick replies
Saved answers. Keywords decide when a rep sees one as an instant answer while typing — before the question reaches this desk. "Used" counts both the picker and instant answers.

New Sales and EOD Catch-Up — clean the day's exports and stage accounts in the Unassigned pool for manual assignment. Field Sales accounts don't go through this screen — see the Field Sales tab.
Supervisor auto-filled from the rep→manager lookup. Date Assigned stamped to today. Review below, then click Send — nothing reaches the Unassigned pool until you do.
Month-End Export & Reset Lead only
Download every account and adjustment as CSV before clearing this browser's QA data out for a fresh month. Reset unlocks only after an export has run.
Export must run first this session before Reset unlocks.
Field Sales Arturo & Ana
Field sales accounts skip Assign entirely — they land straight in a shared queue below for either of you to pick up. Supervisor is always Jordan. Commission from these accounts always counts toward Arturo's total, even when Ana completes the audit.
Field Sales Queue
Assignment Balancer
Type the day's account total, uncheck anyone who isn't taking accounts today, and the table shows how many each person still needs. Nothing here assigns anything — it's the math, not the button.
Auto-Assign
Type how many accounts each person gets and pick the day. Each rep's accounts go to the agent who usually verifies that rep, oldest first. It uses the agents checked in the Balancer and the filters on the Unassigned Pool. Nothing is assigned until you click Assign.
Days off
Someone marked off is left out when you auto-assign for that day and starts unchecked in the Balancer that morning. Accounts already assigned ahead to them for that day are flagged so you can spread them to the others.
Unassigned Pool
Filter by manager, rep, or service code, click Sales Rep / Supervisor to sort, then select rows and assign — bulk or one at a time.
My Queue
Confirm the recap, tag the sale type, and click Audit Completed when you're done with the account.
Reassign Uncompleted Work Arturo only
Today's and carried-over incomplete accounts across every agent. Filter to one agent, select any number of rows, and move them all at once — to another agent or back to the Unassigned Pool.
LQA
Drop the LQA report, clean it, then send. Sale Type is always LQA and pays $0.50/account. Manager is auto-filled from the LQA team roster. This queue is yours alone — another agent auditing the same account keeps a separate row.
Add each account as you audit it — pick the sales rep, set the sale type, and click Audit Completed when you're done. Pays the same rates as the rest of the QA team.
CAW Queue
Call Eval Tawni
Type in each call you evaluate — pick the sales rep and click Audit Completed when you're done. Every entry is a Call Eval ($2). These don't count toward the recap error rate. Forryst can also grab accounts to evaluate straight from the Errors tab.

Call Desk
One queue per day, Tuesday to Friday; Monday is audits. The list is built for you — reps come in random order across the whole roster, and you do not pick the rep or the call. Errors Sent vs Coached
How many accounts QA has reviewed, how many were flagged as errors, and how many managers have coached so far.
Flagged Errors
Accounts flagged from My Queue. The row stays open in the QA agent's own queue for continued work — this is just a running list for follow-up.
Recap Confirmation Emails
Customers whose recap was missing. Review the batch below, then download and send.
Ready to Send
Yesterday's completed audits marked Recap Not Present, one email per customer. Accounts with no email address on file, and service calls with nothing to confirm, are held back and listed separately below. Accounts marked Moved to Estimate are never mailed — the sale went back to an estimate, so there is nothing to confirm.
Held Back
Not emailed. Fix the underlying record if these should have gone out — they stay here until they do.
Log a Customer Response
A customer wrote back? Find their account by number, name, or email address, then record what they said and what was done. Only accounts that were actually sent a confirmation can be logged.
Logged Responses
Every reply recorded so far, newest first. Did not authorize and Cancelled are highlighted — those are the sales the confirmation email exists to catch. Edit any row in place; changes save as you leave the field.
Revenue at Risk
Contract value on accounts where QA confirmed Recap Not Present — the customer was never told what they bought. Counts audits from 2026-08-12 onward; earlier ones predate the price import and the confirmation emails, so they carry no value and were never mailed. This is exposure, not lost revenue: nothing here records whether an account actually cancelled. Package sales are counted at full contract value, not the monthly figure the confirmation email quotes.

Every field sale from an import gets the welcome letter. Send the batch in the morning; work the replies here in the afternoon.
Ready to Send
All field sales from the selected import day — no audit required, one email per customer. These emails list the services but quote no prices: field prices are entered in the field and corrected in the office afterward, and this batch goes out before those corrections land. Accounts with no email address, lines with no revenue, and service calls with nothing to confirm are held back and listed separately below.
Held Back
Not emailed. Fix the underlying record if these should have gone out — they stay here until they do.
Reply Desk needs its table
Run migration_qa_fs_replies.sql in the RepTracker Supabase project (SQL editor), then retry. Nothing else on this tab is affected.
Import replies
Run ExportFSReplies.vbs — it reads your Outlook since the last run and writes qa_fs_replies_*.csv to Desktop\QA\FS — then drop that file here. Messages already imported are skipped, so re-running is harmless.
Worklist
Cancels and "not as sold" first — those are the reason the letter exists. Copy the reply, paste it in Outlook, mark handled. A cancel is also logged on the account; a bounce fixes the address and goes back in the next send.
Amber · Coaching Digest
Pilot preview of the manager's weekly coaching view — Amber's team, sorted by error type for the weekly meeting.
Coaching Digest
One block per rep — Amber's flagged errors grouped by type, so a pattern is coached once instead of account-by-account. Notes are auto-sorted instantly; click Analyze to sharpen the sort with AI. These are for coaching, not fixing — the goal is preventing the next error.
Earl · Coaching Digest
Pilot preview of the manager's weekly coaching view — Earl's team, sorted by error type for the weekly meeting.
Coaching Digest
One block per rep — Earl's flagged errors grouped by type, so a pattern is coached once instead of account-by-account. Notes are auto-sorted instantly; click Analyze to sharpen the sort with AI. These are for coaching, not fixing — the goal is preventing the next error.
Manager Accountability
How each manager is holding their reps accountable — who's behind on coaching, and on what.
Coaching Records
Every 1:1 and ad-hoc coaching session across every team — who is having them, what was committed to, and what Training was asked for
Call Evals
Every scored call, who scored it, and what the rep and their manager can see.
Call Evaluations
Filters stack, and they run against the whole table rather than the page on screen — so a rep whose last evaluation is older than the newest 500 still comes back when you filter to them.
Call Eval Delivery
Who can see a call evaluation once QA records it. While both are off, evaluations are stored for QA only — reps and managers see nothing. Turn one on and everything recorded so far becomes visible to that audience, not just new evaluations.
Call Eval Questions
What the form asks. Add, remove and reorder freely — changes apply to the next evaluation, and past ones keep the questions they were scored on. To change an existing question's answers or scoring, remove it and add the new version, so old scores keep meaning what they meant.
Team Progress
QA Performance by Manager
Week of --
Errors among accounts audited that week, grouped by the sales manager whose team sold them. Wrong Admin = every account QA Fixed (the admin was wrong and QA fixed it); Recap Not Present comes from the recap check, and includes accounts marked Moved to Estimate (counted on their own in the Moved to Estimate column; older audits may also show the retired Recap Incorrect). The two are independent, so one account can count as both. CLS call logs are in the table below.

Intraday QA Corrections
Week of --
Audits and corrections by the day the audit was completed, on the same population and the same rules as the panel above — Field Sales and Josh's work-order team excluded, LQA / Sales Verification / Call Evals audited but never rated. Time to fix is the sale date to the correction date. Value protected is an estimate, not a measurement: it is what these corrections are worth under the assumptions at the bottom of the panel, and it moves when you change them.
Assumptions behind “value protected” — open to change them
QA Commissions
$0.50 per A La Carte · $1 per FP/Upsell · $2 per Call Eval · $2 per Email Check · $2 per Call Desk check — counted only when the work was completed, attributed to the date it was done. Call Desk pays from 3 Sep 2026 and only for checks marked complete; work before that date pays $0, so a week spanning the change shows mixed rates.
Emails Checked
How many recap-confirmation replies you reviewed. Paid at $2 each. Entering a number for a day you already logged replaces it — it doesn't add to it.
Amanda's Adjustments
Add a one-off bonus or extra on top of the calculated commission, with a reason. Applies to this week — switch the period toggle above to book an adjustment onto last week before payroll.
Reassigned — left unfinished
Accounts an agent had and did not finish, moved to someone else with a reason (Reassign tab → Reason). Only moves recorded with a reason are here. Only you see this page — the team, Amanda and the managers do not.
All Accounts
Every account audited by any QA agent, any day — search by account # or sales rep, or filter down to one manager.

Import from Word. Put each question on its own line, options as A.–D., then an Answer Key section listing 1. B, 2. A, and so on.
